Payment


  • What forms of payment are accepted?

    You can pay for your online order with VISA, MASTER or AMEX credit card, and also by PAYPAL and BIZUM. In any case, after confirming the purchase, the website will direct you to a secure payment gateway where you can make the payment.


    If you have doubts or find any problem with the payment process, please contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.


    In some cases, you may need to contact your credit card provider or bank, if your payment request has not been accepted by them.


 

Shipping


  • What countries do we ship to?

    We do postal delivery to addresses in Spain, Europe and some countries in East Asia and North America.  No shipments are made to PO boxes.  Please see "Shipping charges" for more information.


    EU:

    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.


    Other European countries:

    UK, Gibraltar, Norway, Switzerland, Ukraine.


    North America:

    USA, Canada.


    Asia:

    India, Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Republic of Korea (South Korea), Indonesia, The Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan.

  • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

    The postal delivery time to a home address in Spain is normally between 3 and 5 working days. 


    Overseas  shipping will take 1 to 2 weeks depending on the country and the city where you have selected your order to be sent to.  Our current shipping method is standard postal delivery.

  • My package has not arrived

    If for any reasons, we are not able to send any product of your order to you as indicated on the order confirmation, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you an estimated delivery time either by email or text message.


    We will also contact you to find out if you have entered the right delivery address on your order.

  • Shipping charges

    Spain:


    If the purchase exceeds the total amount of €38, shipping is free of charge. This only applies to a valid home or office address and the free shipping is carried out by CORREOS (Standard post delivery without a tracking number) in the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.


    The cost of shipping is €3.80 for purchases of less than €38 when choosing the option of delivery via CORREOS (Standard post delivery without a tracking number) in the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.


    If you choose the option "I will pick up the order" in the checkout process, it is free of charge, at no extra cost.  You can collect your online order at our office or at our associated  partners in Torrox, Frigiliana and Torre del Mar.  For more  information, please contact us by email, telephone, or text message.

Returns


  • What is Moonette's return policy?

    You can return a product that is damaged within 15 days after the delivery of your order.

  • How can I return a product?

    You can send the return to us at the closest Post office to your address. 


    For any return, the product must not have been used and must be returned in perfect condition, including labels and packaging (boxes). 


    We would like to remind you that the shipping costs of the products you wish to return will be at your expense and that Moonette will not accept in no case returns sent freight collect.  See the exceptions in the section "What is your return policy?"


    It may take up to 7 days or more for your package to arrive in our warehouse.  Returned products will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.

Recycling containers

  • What is Moonette's recycling policy?

    Customers who recycle Moonette skincare containers will receive a small discount on future purchases.  Right now, we are testing out this practice in our local community Axarquía and in Malaga.


    Discounts vary between € 0.50 and € 1 for each container that has been cleaned and is in good condition.


    You can recycle your cleaned empty bottles in Torrox, Torrox Costa, or Torre del Mar.
